Su gran inspiración son las mujeres con rasgos fuertes, las catedrales y la naturaleza.<br />Desde temprana edad ha estado fascinado por el equilibrio entre el mundo de lo imaginario y de lo real. En su pintura, ésta se manifiesta por la transparencia de las capas superpuestas que revelan y ocultan formas. En esta fusión de uno de los elementos de una imagen está influenciado por otro para producir una rica y apasionante tercera dimensión en las dos dimensiones de apoyo<br />Toby vino a San Pancho en diciembre del 2008 para trabajar exlcusivamente en su exposición para la Galeria del Nayar.
